1. If you have been or are married, tell us about your wedding. If you are not, tell us how would you want it to be.

• We went the simple route, and got married at our local courthouse by a justice of the peace.

2. What age would you encourage your children to get married?

• I don't think people should get married until they are in they are in their late 20's. I wish I had waited.

3. Who got married at the last wedding that you attended?

• Me.

4. Do you enjoy weddings and receptions?

• Not particularly.

5. Have you cried at a wedding?

• I cried at my own wedding. I don't recall ever crying at another persons.

6. Would you prefer a lavish event or a intimate ceremony?

• I've had both, and I preferred the intimate ceremony, by a long shot.

7. Have you ever been in some one’s wedding party? If yes, do tell.

• I've never been in a wedding that wasn't my own.

8. Does a wedding make you happy and sentimental or grouchy and skeptical?

• Somewhere in between. It depends on how I'm feeling at the time.

9. Why do you think our divorce rate is so high?

• People don't realize that marriage is work. It's not easy, and requires a lot of committment and compromise. I think people also don't take the time to get to know their partners as well as they should. I learned these lessons the hard way.
